What does "Registration Agency" include?
We handle everything from tournament selection and category consultation to navigating the Thai registration system and confirming payments. You choose the event; we handle the paperwork.
What is the "Itinerary Guide Pack"?
This is your personalized roadmap, including: venue navigation, suggested arrival times, local weather alerts, dining recommendations, and—most importantly—real-time schedule updates so you don't have to keep refreshing your phone.
Will staff be present at the venue?
Yes! This is the core of our service. We assist with check-ins, translate referee instructions, and confirm match orders. If there is a disputed call or communication barrier, we provide immediate on-site support.
What if I don't speak Thai or my English is limited?
There is no need to worry. We act as your on-site interpreters. From registration to finding your court, we are by your side to ensure you feel as comfortable as if you were playing at your local club.
How do you assist with "Category Consultation"?
Based on your child’s experience, skill level, and stamina, we recommend the most suitable Thai junior categories. This prevents frustration from skill gaps and helps them build confidence in an international setting.

My child is an average player; is it too early to compete abroad?
Tennis is a lifelong journey. Before age 15, tournaments are about "seeing the world." We believe gaining international experience and meeting peers from different cultures is far more valuable than the final score.
How do I join the "Chinese-speaking Tennis Parents Community"?
Parents who use our services are automatically invited. In this community, we don’t compare the price of rackets; we share experiences about competing in Thailand, parenting tips, and balancing academics with sports.
Will this service really reduce conflict between me and my child?
When parents are freed from administrative stress, they are much more relaxed. A calm parent is a child's strongest support system on the court.
What is your view on "Winning and Losing"?
Winning or losing is feedback on practice, not a return on financial investment. Our value lies in helping you rediscover the simple joy of "seeing the world with your child."
Administration & Fees
Does the service fee include the tournament registration fee?
No, the service fee and official registration fees are calculated separately. We provide transparent billing for official fees and assist with payments to ensure the registration is complete.
What happens if matches are delayed due to rain?
Our service continues! This is where local support shines. We track official announcements and update you immediately on new schedules, helping you adjust your transportation and plans.
Can I get a refund if my child is injured or sick?
We will assist in communicating with the organizers for a refund (subject to their policy). Our service fee will be refunded proportionally based on work completed or can be credited toward a future event.
Do you help with hotel bookings or transportation?
While we are not a travel agency, our "Itinerary Guide Pack" includes a list of personally vetted recommendations. For urgent transportation needs on-site, we will do our best to assist.
We already have a coach traveling with us; do we still need you?
Coaches focus on technical guidance; we focus on "Admin and Life." Let the coach handle the warm-up and tactics while we handle the logistics. This is the most professional way to divide the workload.
How do you protect my child's personal data?
All registration information is used exclusively for tournament enrollment and will never be sold to any educational institutions or third-party vendors. As parents ourselves, we hold privacy and security in the highest regard.
